Greek budget negotiations continue. Reportedly a draft agreement is done. The hope is Parliament will vote on it Sunday We assume the government will do what has to be done to get its needed funds. We also assume the market is working on this assumption EU's .Juncker called for a Eurogroup meeting Thursday at 17:00 GMT in Brussels. The market feels he expects a Greek deal by then.
Growth and revenue are needed to provide a long-term solution. Austerity is not an answer to all ills. A resolution, even temporary, to the Greek situation would permit the forex markets to start to trade again
The ECB decision Thurs will be constrained by Greek indecision. As long as a Greek accord is up in the air, the ECB will say nothing.
End of fiscal year Japanese life insurance investment adjustment activity coming into focus? Covert intervention by the BOJ was confirmed Tues.
